W. G. "Dugan" Wilkinson Scholarship

Division One Chapter's mission is to fund the W.G. "Dugan" Wilkinson Scholarship. Dugan Wilkinson served the Division One office of the Division of Water Resources for 27 years, first as Water Commissioner for District 3 and then as the first Division One Engineer when the office was created in Greeley in 1969. Dugan Wilkinson demonstrated an extraordinary commitment in his fulfillment of this demanding and vital role, winning the acclaim and respect of water users throughout northeast Colorado.
